Humanities New York and Columbia University's Public Humanities Seminar collaborate to present a virtual event highlighting work by recent HCI Public Humanities Grantees who have implemented public-facing scholarly projects in New York State.
The session features Cooper discussing her project "Ecologies of Writing;" Beltrán Girón and Rodriguez speaking about their workshop series, "Body Mapping for Justice;" and Jain and Li's shared work on the podcast "Immigrants Wake America."
Each spring, graduate students from Syracuse University may apply for public humanities project grants offered through HNY's Humanities Center Initiatives.
