University Lectures and the Humanities Center welcome Hannah-Jones, Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative journalist and creator of the groundbreaking 1619 Project, which examines slavery’s legacies and highlights Black Americans’ contributions to the nation. Brand new faculty member -- writer/critic/editor, Kameir -- will facilitate conversation with Hannah-Jones, followed by audience Q&A.
