Dr. Steele's scholarship is rooted in the humanities--a groundbreaking examination of Black feminist technoculture that looks at the intersection of activism, social justice, Black Feminist thought and Technology. Her work is committed to forging new directions in Black Feminist thought and insists on the power of Black Joy.
