In this Point of Contact – Punto de Contacto exhibit opening / artist talk, Juan Juarez (VPA) moderates a conversation with show curator, Rocha, joined by a collective of Laredo, TX and Syracuse, NY artists to discuss The Border Is a Weapon, a multi-media art exhibit representing the realities of a region divided by the Río Grande but united by culture, history, and its people.
